Using the service
By inviting, configuring, or using Gyalis, you agree to these terms and Discord’s applicable terms, policies, and community guidelines. Gyalis is an independent project and is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord, Inc.
Server operators and members
Server owners and administrators are responsible for deciding whether to install the bot, granting only the permissions it needs, configuring its features, and ensuring its use fits their community and applicable rules. Moderation actions, message logging, and other features depend on the server’s configuration and permissions. Members should contact their server’s owner or bot operator about that server’s settings and records.
Acceptable use
You may not use the bot or website to break the law, violate Discord’s terms or policies, harass or harm others, spam or raid communities, bypass security or permission controls, or interfere with the service. Do not use the bot to collect or share information without the permissions and notices required for your use.
Availability and changes
The bot and website are provided as available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and access may be limited when needed to protect the service or comply with applicable rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will work with every server configuration.
Data and third-party services
Bot data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Discord and optional providers used by bot features are separate services and may have their own terms and policies. Server operators control their own bot hosting, database, integrations, and log destinations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the bot and website are provided without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the project maintainer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
